General Shipping Information

Important information about international delivery:

Tolls, taxes, and other fees not indicated in the total price may apply to international shipments. These are to be paid by the customer. If you're unsure, please contact us.

US CUSTOMERS! VERY IMPORTANT!

We have resumed shipping to the US. Import Tax/Duty Fee (ie. "tariff") is currently 35% of the order total (35% is the tariff on steel which dies are made of - stamps and stencils are lower, but we do not have many of those products left).  We have to collect this fee in advance, otherwise USPS won't allow us to book the shipment. This fee will be listed at Checkout, so you can still opt out, should you want to.

Unfortunately we also had to raise the shipping cost slightly (from €15 to €18). We have not raised the shipping cost since we opened in 2020, but we cannot absorb the difference anymore.

Please note that the below Delivery Times are ESTIMATES only. The majority of shipments arrive within those time frames, but there's always a couple here and there that will take longer. Unfortunately we have no influence on shipping/customs clearance.
